I am a divorced woman in her 40s with no 2-legged kids, but a few 4-legged ones. I got sucked into the Twiverse after I watched the first movie, and I read the books after that.

As I read the books, I realized that I had quite a few emotional issues to work out. Edward reminds me of my first love... that I am not quite over yet. I just wish I had met a man who could have gone "caveman" on me (in the right way.) I would be a much happier woman now.

I am such a geek that I prefer to listen to the History Channel and National Geographic (and PBS if they run a good documentary) while I am knitting. I also love lurking in the UU group on Ravelry. PM me if you want to know my Rav name.

I read a lot of Twilight fanfic, but I do not review much. I use fanfic as my escape from my real life. When I do review, the story has really resonated with me in some way.

I have no desire to write stories for myself, but I admit that I often want to edit stories, especially when I see a misused word or punctuation error. I am not qualified to be a Beta, but I am interested in being a pre-reader.
