I love animals! Even though I enjoy (and am quite good at) writing, drawing, singing, and photography, my true passion is science, which is why I am a Wildlife Biology major at UVM (University of Vermont- one of the most environmentally freindly schools in the country).

I also really love sci-fi, and it just kills me that I've never read any Terry Pratchet (even though I have some of his books), or His Dark Materials, or Harry Potter, or Lord of the Rings, or Narnia, or Lovecraft,or Ambrose Bierce, and I've only read one book by Isaac Asimov! I'm so lazy! I need to at least read the foundation trilogy... and I've never seen Doctor Who in any of his incarnations. But, I appreciate all these things.

But I've read some of Heinlein, plenty of Poe, Caves of Steel by Asimov, and I've seen all the LotR and Harry Potter movies, and Narnia,and I've read ALOT of Bradbury and Jules Verne, and a few HG Wells, and I grew up on classic sci-fi shows like Ray Bradbury Theater, Knight Rider, Twighlight Zone, Time Tunnel, Land of the Giants, Land of the Lost, The Incredible Hulk, Quantum Leap, Forever Knight, Outer Limits, Lost in Space, Star Trek, etc. And more recently I've watched alot of shows you've probably never heard of that aired on Sci-Fi Prime in the late 90's/early 2000's, like The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne, The Invisible Man, First Wave, and Lexx, as well as the Whedon 3: Buffy, Angel, and Firefly. God I love Whedon, he's a genious =D Cant forget Beastmaster and Xena either! Oh yeah, and Stargate SG-1...I was OBSESSED with Stargate, but then it refused to end. They kept saying "THis is the final season" and its still on TV! So I stopped watching. Missed a few eps, didnt feel like catching up. God I'm lazy.

Plus I love cartoons like X-Men Evolution, The Zeta Project,Monster Rancher, and Invader Zim! And of course, Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh!

The there are the anime/manga I love. I only keep up with 4 current manga, Hellsing by Kohta Hirano, Trigun by Yasuhiro Nightow, Hot Gimmick, and Reiko: The Zombie Shop. You should be able to guess that Hellsing and Trigun are my fav's cause I know the author without having to look at the cover =D

Some manga/ anime I have read/watched in the past are Gravitation (Maki Murakami...yeah I loves the Gravi too), Yami no Matsuei (Descendants of Darkness), Demon Diary (never finished reading...), Fruits Basket (need to see the anime...only read vol. 1), Imadoki, and Alice 19th (have to be the only 2 Yu Watase manga that dont end tragically, and the only 2 I've read!)

The only game I've ever really beaten is Kingdom Hearts (I and II), though I've played Zelda (Ocarina and Majora's Mask) and Mario (The original Super Mario games and Mario 64), Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Monster Rancher 3 and 4 (I kinda beat 3, got to S). I guess I beat Pokemon Snap, but c'mon, that is NOT a game...

Anyway... I just graduated High School and I've taken all the advanced English/literature/writing classes DFHS has, so I will almost always critisize a story when I review. I've been too essayed and analysed out not to!
