Aubrey Posen has it all at the moment - she's kicking ass at law school, Jesse's being the perfect boyfriend, and her best friend Chloe couldn't be happier now that Beca's her girlfriend. So where does all this dissatisfaction come from? Triple treble, rated T for now but will change to M in future chapters.

Chloe wasn't sure what made her notice the girl. She was a little thing that was for sure and quiet, very quiet. But there was something about her something made her think this girl was meant to be bigger, meant to be so much more than just the girl with the headphones and the books who didn't talk to anybody...ever. Honestly, Chloe wasn't sure if she even could talk.

Beca and Chloe have been best friends since childhood. Almost twenty years later, Chloe's getting married and Beca's having a hard time dealing with it. Angst warning, but it's also cute. Beca Mitchell had it all planned out: stay as uninvolved as possible, finish her O.W.L.s, and return to the Muggle world to work towards becoming a music producer. It's funny how things turn out. (or: beca mitchell from her first year at hogwarts, but mainly from the summer after her fourth year, when she meets chloe beale.)

Beca Mitchell plans to rule the wizarding music scene, but her stupid Muggle dad is insisting that she go to college. Well, at least Barden University has a halfway decent Defense Against the Dark Arts program. One would hardly recognize the once immaculate looking Barden U now; nor would anyone believe that it is now home to only a handful of students. The apocalypse came out of nowhere, seemingly without warning and it had spread fast.

Beca doesn't really understand why people have opinions on aspects of her life and categories to fit her in. She's not into labels. Except maybe having 'producer' under her name one day.
