Hey fanfiction gurus! My name is Ginevra1988, otherwise known by the ever popular name, Sarah. I live and go to college in backwoods western Maryland, and it is my personal opinion that I've been living in a giant community type of insane asylum. I have been in love with fanfiction ever since I started reading the fics on and I have been an avid fan ever since. I'm twenty-three years old. a history and Spanish major, and I absolutely love musicals, movies, and books. I'm definitely a veritable font of useless knowledge, and will probably become a frustrated Jeopardy champion later in life.

My favorite stories to read are from Harry Potter, Star Wars, Danny Phantom, Kim Possible, Yu Yu Hakusho, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, Stardust, and a few other stories. I've been imagining alternate endings and continuations of books forever, and this is like heaven for me. Yes, I'm weird (I took the "Are you a Geek, a Nerd, or A Dork test on OK!Cupid, and turned out to be all three. Believe me, it was a relief to have it confirmed- I enjoy being different!), but I look at that as a positive thing.

I'm finally starting to write my own fanfiction now, so bear with me. I will post much bigger summaries of my stories here for those of you who are interested!

Ok, I really am sick of grammatical errors, so I'll try to address some of them here to vent my frustration.

1) There... That book is over there. Their... That is their car. They're=they+are... They're getting married.

2) Accept... Will they accept me as I am? Except... Everything was ready except the birthday cake.

3) Then.. Then, we went to the bookstore. Than... He was a much better baseball player than his brother.

4) Bear=the animal or... How could I bear all of this stress? Bare... She would often bare her arms in the summer.

5) To... He took me to the salsa club. Too=also... I took a turn at the mechanical bull too. Two is a number!!

6) Your... That tunic is yours. You're= you+are... You're perfect in every way.

7) Things like lol, btw, and g2g are fine on instant messenger or in a phone text... NOT in a fanfiction!!

8) Just so you know... professional writers always use the spelling and grammar check button, proper capitalization, and correct punctuation.

9) A butt is the thing you sit on, a but is generally followed by an excuse for not doing something. You do not sit on a but.

10) Just found this one. Night is when it gets all dark outside because the sun goes down. A knight is the person who rides a horse and wears armor. notice the "k" people!

11) Pear is a fruit, Pare is something you do to a piece of fruit while cooking, Pair is a group consisting of two people!

12) LOLCatz speak is NOT appropriate for a fanfiction story. In its own ways, it's worse than instant messenger speak. Soooo, unless you are writing a fic that involves cat versions of our favorite characters, NO LOLCATZ SPEAK!!

13) Common is a word that means, ordinary, average everyday. It does NOT mean the same thing as come on, which, for the English language challenged that are abundant on this website, means come here, come hither, follow me, etc.

14) Weather is that stuff that goes on outside; you know, rain, snow, sun, fog, wind, sleet, etc. Whether is used when you are saying something like: That depends on whether or not the weather is good on Saturday.

15) Maybe someone can explain this to me. How can someone misspell a word with a letter that is quite far from the letter they mean to hit? For example, how can a person type it instead of in? In any case, things like that are good examples of why you should never rely on the spell check in and of itself. It doesn't catch your grammar mistakes or spelling mistakes that are legitimate spellings of words.

The Ending That Never Was

Absolutely fed-up wit the fact that Star Wars extended Universe writers refuse to leave everything with a happily ever after ending (I stopped reading the books after the New Jedi Order series, and recently discovered that Jacen killed my favorite character, Mara, and turned to the dark side, as well as an eventual descendent of Ben- that is the most horrible thing I've ever heard of, even worse than killing off Chewbacca and Anakin Solo!), I decided to take the story back to that crucial moment when Anakin makes the decision to turn to the dark side, and give him the opportunity to take the other route. I will eventually bring in all of your favorite characters from the original trilogy and the extended universe- including Han Solo, Mara Jade, Chewbacca, Lando Calrissian, Wedge Antilles, and whoever else strikes my fancy- and make sure that it is the most fluffy and sickly sweet story you have ever read. Despite often sounding like a cynic, I am a true romantic at heart, and I demand a happy ending. That means that it is highly unlikely that any character will die of any other reasons but natural causes. I will also combine the best aspects of the new and old Jedi orders and the New and Old Republic and the Galactic Alliance. I haven't decided what to do with the leftover clones yet, but I might take a leaf out of Timothy Zahn's books and the story of the Baron Soontir Fel clones in Specter of the Past and Vision of the Future. Anyway, I'll keep you posted and update as often as possible.

Update: Sorry, but I've been so busy, and I haven't had my Star Wars muse over for tea and crumpets for years. I may or may not update this story in the future, but don't hold your breath! I don't want to be convicted of manslaughter!

More stories will be coming soon- I have tons of ideas floating around in the back of my brain. I just have to be motivated in some way. Anyway, keep reading and reviewing- I plan to rock the worlds of as many people as possible!
