I am a 19-year old college student, working on my bachelors in Animal Science with a minor in Journalism. My name… uh… can I plead guilty to letting a friend see me try out one of those name generators when I was too young to know better? And since the cyborg interpretation “Electronic Mechanical Individual Limited to Yelling, Logical Assassination and Nocturnal Exploration” was a trifle long even for him, I was instantly struck down into the depths of name hell with “Goldie Penwood” as my soap opera name… and now everyone calls me Golda. Including you lot apparently… :-)

I’ve enjoyed writing since I was very small, and since I’ve always been a fan of the x-men and Firefly series, figured I would give fanfiction a try. Please let me know what you think of my work – everything is appreciated, even if you just wanted to let me know you hate it. I don’t believe in not wanting someone to flame – flames are just overly emotional criticism in my book, so let them loose on my stories :D

I recently had another account on fanfiction.net - pen name of Kat Lass. However, I went on hiatus to finish off an internship over the summer, and essentially neglected you lot. Sorry guys! But now that I'm back in the world of the mostly living, I'm off to a fresh start with the new account, since the old one mysteriously (or perhaps not so mysteriously) dissapeared. As such, I'm just going to be posting up all of the chapters of The House is Just Packed with a few new additions and then continuing the story where I left off.
