While Cuddy and House are playing pranks on each other, things get out of control with a patient, and it's up to Cuddy to figure out who did it (all seasons are in this storyline, with most of the scenes made up by yours truly) and after awhile, it gets nasty, with Cuddy in the middle between Thirteen and House.
