This is the sequel to "LoVe Forged in Fire". It takes place after Logan and Veronica's honeymoon. They now must balance college with their newly married life. Mac and Dick must face a new challenge that will reveal if they can endure what life throws at them as a couple. Eventual serial killer storyline. Much suspense in later chapters.

I wrote this a few years ago and decided to post the first part. It's an alternate universe story that sees what would have happened if Logan Echolls was ostracized from the beginning, rather than Veronica Mars.

Mac is badly injured and as she fights to live, she finds herself back in time living life as Madison Sinclair. Would her life truly be better as Madison than Mac? Very much AU/magical realism, similar set up to "Peggy Sue Got Married," an old 80's movie. VM version. Mac, Dick, Madison, Logan and Veronica. Eventual MaDi...Timeline skips around from 2009 to back to HS. Enjoy!

Madison Sinclair is missing and Dick has been drugged and left for dead on a beach. Veronica must swallow her pride and help those that least deserve it, in her eyes. Mac is on the case, helping and falling for Dick along the way. Both MaDi and LoVe beginning 1 month prior to Logan's return, post movie post book. Rated T for eventual chapters.
