When you look up at a cloudless fall azure sky,

When you are with that person who completes your sentences with ease,

When you let a smile creep in amongst tears,

When you laugh so hard that you cease to breath,

When you have butterflies in your stomach,

When you recall something embarrassing, and it still causes you grief,

When your breath hangs in the air on a frosty winter's day,

When you know you're wrong, but you won't let go of your belief

When a day seems to drag on in endless agony,

When the sun streams down on your face,

When your legs give out after a long time,

When you are out of breath from a race,

There are many things to experience,

With not many ways to be captured

As picture is only a moment's worth of memories

Not enough to feel the rapture

So what pictures can not do, I do with words,

Allowing them to weave their own story,

As, who knows what they will tell?

They create their own glory

So please stay a while,

Only words await,
