About Me In Life:

Unfortunately thats not going to happen, sorry. I'm pretty average. I am female. Like many, I have a biting sarcastic sense of humor and suchlike cruel and unusual things. I've been described as goth, but really I'm a not-goth (used in the same sense as undead). I have snakes, I love alternative rock/metal, and I love to review peoples papers, or rather seeing the context, stories. And thats why I'm here. While its extremely unlikely that I'm ever going to have a story on here, I do browse the forums in search of talent that I can pick apart. Which brings me to what I do:

I'm a full time high school student who takes college classes and has been given an exemption from college english already, so I like to think I know what I'm doing. I enjoy reading the products of minds much more creative than mine. And I like to point out things that could possibly be improved to those who put enough time into their stories that it is not mediocre. Those people show they care, and they are the ones I prefer to review. Now when I say review, I mean two different things.

a) The first and most common review is the skimming review in which I see minor, frequent mistakes and point them out.

b) The second and more time consuming review is the grammar review in which I read the story/paper with two eyes for errors rather then the proverbial eye for whatever the item may be. This is an excrutiatingly detailed process which takes me at least a week to accomplish, possibly up to a month.

Now why, you might think, would I bother wasting my time on reviewing other peoples fanfic's which are merely posted for fun? Because I want to, is the short answer. Because I enjoy it and want to help people see their mistakes is the next answer. The long answer is tedious and boring and no one cares anyway so why should I write it?

Anyhow, chances are, if I've reviewed your story (and if I haven't, why are you reading my page?) then you are a good writer. I wouldn't get overly pumped up about this, because no one is perfect, including you, including me. But I would think its something to be glad for, forgive my arrogance.

To Those That Want To Be Reviewed

If I have specifically extended an offer for a full grammar review, then you may agree to it at any time and I will do it as a priority within the offered time frame. If you have somehow found my page and I haven't extended an offer to review your story, but you would like me to do so, simply email me. I will entertain any and all offers to review stories, though the date I will have them done will possibly be extended to weeks or months away, pending current reviews. I have read quite a few books but as your fanfic is based on your ideas, rather then that of the authors, I will rarely comment on content unless there are discrepancies or vague references that need to be cleared up. Please understand I do grammar reviews, not content reviews. All reviews are free as knowlege should be.

Future Page Plans

Sometime in the near future I plan on putting up a picture of the second love of my life, Ares, my baby reticulated python :) We'll see how pictures work with these pages, lol.
