Clare and Eli are broken up, so in an attempt to rekindle their friendship,she manages to win him at the bachelor Auction . Clare goes to his house, watches a movie, gets drunk and has sex with him. Waking up the next morning, without any memory of it, Eli lies to Clare and says they only kissed.
