I have an insanely busy job where I spend a lot of time writing documents, reports and articles, so I don't have nearly as much time as I would like to write this stuff, and I am the carer for a family member.

I've got wide and varied taste, and would like to have a go at writing a fanfic for any of these, but don't know if I'd be able to pull it off. Send me a message if you'd like me to have a go though. Current favourites are (they change often):

What makes a good story for me?

Characters I can believe in. I need to be able to imagine what they would be doing a week/month/year after the book/movie ends.

Pet hates when I’m reading

Fanfics that aren’t faithful to the character.

Stories that haven’t even had a basic proofread or spell check. It’s not that I’m pedantic, but I like to get lost in a story, and every time I have to go back and read a work or sentence twice to understand it, it breaks the ‘suspension of disbelief’. Arrghh.
