Author has written 12 stories for Downton Abbey, Doctor Who, Sherlock, Primeval, and Grey's Anatomy. Hey there, I'm StrangelyInnocent! I'm a university student studying Biochemistry. I spend my time reading, watching tv, hanging out with my friends, partying and occasionally studying! I love writing but my dyslexia really gets me down sometimes and so I go through phases of writing loads and then nothing at all. But it's 2014 and I hope this year I can write more than ever. (HAHAHA it's now 2016 and I've barely written anything since... oops...) I watch far too many shows to list so below is a brief summary of my main fandoms Enjoy - SI Sherlock Johnlock is my OTP I do also ship John/Molly, for reasons unbeknown to even me, I just see them as being a good couple. I don't really ship Sherlock/anyone else... Downton Abbey I shipped Mary/Matthew like my life depended on it, they were just bloomin perfect for each other! *CRIES BECAUSE OF FEELS* But the Titanic of my flotilla, is (and will always be) definitely HMS Sybil/Branson, despite the fact I have a bit of a thing for a certain Mr Leech, I think their onscreen chemistry was amazing! Doctor Who 10 will always be my Doctor. I ship Rose/10. My favourite companion BY FAR, and I know this is slightly controversial amongst other Whovians (although I have no idea why), was Donna, she was just perfect with the Doctor, and I also think that her farewell was the most heartbreaking of all. I cried lots each time Rose left, but when Donna was pleading with the Doctor, I just fell apart, everyone else kept some part of The Doctor with them, thought their memories, but Donna had nothing, which makes me sad. Castle CASKETT FTW THEY'RE GETTING MARRIED. THEY WILL PROBABLY HAVE LITTLE CASTLE BABIES ARGH urgh i hated the ending for this show... it felt so rushed and empty... (but at least they got those caskett babies) Grey's Anatomy Love the show, I think Shonda is an amazing writer. I ship MerDer and CrOwen most, I'm coming round to the Jolex ship but I love Alex, so it's actually quite hard to ship him with anyone. I'm so glad Japril are married and Calzona are working things out. I miss Lexie and Mark the most out of all the characters who have left/died BECAUSE THEY WERE MEANT TO BE TOGETHER AND HAVE LOTS OF BABIES AND GIVE SOFIA SIBLINGS.. Shonda is an evil genius. I miss Sandra Oh so much :( Bones My newest and dearest love. Everything about this show is perfect and if you haven't seen it I suggest you go and binge now... My Fics (In no particular order) Over - (Downton - Mary/Matthew) A very short piece examining Mary's thoughts during THAT graveyard scene -Complete New World - (Downton -Sybil/Branson) A small fic about breaking the boundaries and chains that surrounded women of the time.-Complete The Crawleys meet The Doctor - (Downton/Who - The Crawelys/11th Doctor) A fic written for purely selfish reasons, I just couldn't resist it :-) Complete Years, Months, Weeks, Days - (BBC Sherlock - John/Molly) My longest to date, I am actually v.proud of this one, it took a while to write, and I uploaded it all at once rather than chapter by chapter, and I guess I paid for it reveiw wise! But if I'm honest, just to know some people are reading it is nice! I cried several times during the writing of this and I would appreciate it if you read it!! -Complete Snapshots in time - (BBC Sherlock/Who - Sherlock/11th Doctor) the inevitable post-Reichenbach fic crossover that just had to be done, six phone calls between the two most brilliant minds in the universe. -Complete The Funny thing about Death - (BBC Sherlock - John) A companion one shot to Years, Months, Weeks, Days, I did cry writing this, probably not helped by another re-watching of The Fall. About Johns thoughts on the subject of Death. -Complete The Sad thing about Life - (BBC Sherlock - Sherlock) Another companion one shot to YMWD. The same scene as the previous one, except examining Sherlock's views on the subject of Life. -Complete In Another Life - (BBC Sherlock - OC) The follow up to YMWD, it focuses on Molly's sister Chloe, and her integration into life at 221B. -Abandoned (sorry!) Naive - (BBC Sherlock - Sherlock/OC) I'm not sure where this came from, I just started writing what I thought would be a short one shot but turned out to be over 2,000 words, I couldn't stop. But this has nothing to do with anything else I have written and is mereshort piece examining the life of an OC called Jessica who knew Sherlock at Cambridge. -Complete 5 Months - (Primeval - Lester) I wrote this after I got some horrendous news about a close family member, so I vented my feelings through writing. -Complete Lost in time - (Primeval - OC/Danny) A thing I wrote, got fed up with it though so I stopped! -Abandoned Realisation - (BBC Sherlock - John/Sherlock) About how John finally realises he loves his best friend -Complete Runaway - (Grey's Anatomy - OC) I'm half Welsh so the inspiration for my OC is drawn from a very good friend of mine who I grew up with, I really like where this is going at the moment! -Abandoned |
