Try Pilates Adelaide, classes will help you prepare your mind and body for labour and birth as this helps you to keep you healthy. By practicing yoga from the start you can combat common symptoms like morning sickness and constipation, pelvic pain and so on. It can also help relieving tension around the cervix and birth canal and by strengthening the pelvis. Our classes run on Thursday between 5pm – 6pm and Friday between 4pm – 5pm.
