The second installment of my "Synthempathy Outcome" trilogy, "Disconnected" continues the story of (spacer/war hero paragade vanguard) Hadrian Shepard and Kaidan Alenko. Strongly recommend reading my previous story, "A Longer Haul," first. "Disconnected" explores the 'new galaxy' post-Synthesis, and a mysterious new antagonist that arises to threaten the new-found peace.

Pt 1 expounds on the mShep/Kaidan romance during ME3, and pts 2/3 follow the Synthesis ending as Kaidan & co. set out to deal with the aftermath of winning the war but losing Shepard. Written pre-Extended Cut, though some of what I wrote to reconcile my questions at the end felt pretty prescient once EC released. Some strong language & mature content, hope "M" covers it
