8/11/15: As you guys might have noticed, I'm on a temporary hiatus. I'm doing a lot of science work this summer and it's keeping me super busy. But I'm not dropping any of my stories, so expect an update to BSCB before the end of this year! If you are waiting on an update for Skinny Dipping, I'm sorry to say that you might be waiting a bit longer. It was originally supposed to be a one-shot, but it received a lot of good feedback, so I need to plan out the next and final chapter. PM me if you think of anything you want me to include!

Unlike most everyone who writes stories here, I do not aspire to become an author. I am currently studying aquatic science and hope to pursue a career in that field. Writing fanfiction is merely a hobby of mine. Although it is indeed fun, my readers should keep in mind that it does not take priority over anything. If I fail to update quickly, please remember that I am a busy college student that is probably stressing over something more important than uploading the next chapter. But if I haven’t updated anything in a really long time, I am probably being a lazy ass and could use a friendly reminder. But I will not abandon any story of mine, so long as my motivation is still "intact."

Blood-Stained Cherry Blossom - My first story: a Sakura/Itachi fanfic! My objective was to slightly alter the Naruto Shippuden timeline and preserve the personalities of all characters. Skinny Dipping - Sakura is a bit OOC and I know that's not everyone's cup of tea, and I apologize! It was not my intention. I wanted Sakura's and Itachi's relationship to start off sour, and I think I might have overplayed that a bit. Sakura has her flaws, just like any other balanced character, but I might have overemphasized her anger a bit more than I originally planned. Thanks to everyone who politely pointed it out and those that don’t mind! I'm not a professional and I'm still improving, so I greatly appreciate the feedback!
