This isn't my first account, but since I have so many people threatening to throw tantrums if I don't update my other fandoms' WIPs, I've created this one to avoid spamming people who are watching my old account with updates for Blindspot fics. ;)

You spelt this word wrong/didn't finish this sentence... OH MY GOD, THANKS FOR TELLING ME! I'll go change it. (Unless it's because I used the British spelling of a word - I'm a UK-based writer.)

Will you write me a fic where [plot details]? Probably not, I'm sorry... You can feel free to suggest, but I don't write custom fics (I would if I could charge for them the way fanartists do, but since that's not allowed, it's a no). I'll add your suggestion to my file of plot bunnies, but what comes out of my head will probably not be along the lines of what you suggest. That's the way the writing process goes.

What other fandoms do you write for? I used to write Gibbs/Abby kink and vanilla fics (NCIS), and Lara/Kurtis (Tomb Raider). I've also written one-offs for Mirror's Edge, Ginger Snaps, Tamora Pierce's Tortallverse, a Silent Hill/NCIS crossover, Mal/Kaylee (Firefly), Waking the Dead, Marianne de Pierres' Parrish Plessis series, and various random NCIS pairings, just to see if I could.

Got a Tumblr? Why, yes! My username there is indelibleevidence, predictably enough. It's nearly all Blindspot with some random fanfic-related reblogs here and there.

Why do you write so much smut? Because Jeller needs more smut! I mean, seriously. There's so much great fanfic on the internet for this pairing, but most of it does the fade-to-black thing! (Really, though, I try to only do smutty scenes when it furthers character development. Though I may have broken that rule a couple of times.)

Why do you write so many fics where baby Bethany and/or Avery don't exist? I kinda don't like the way characters are when there are kids around. Like, their entire focus becomes 'MUST BE MATERNAL/PATERNAL' and the characters become kinda boring, IMO. Plus, I don't think it's realistic for Jeller to want to risk having kids - even if it's canon. Kurt is scared he'll become the same kind of father his own father was, plus he's a high-profile FBI agent who makes enemies on a daily basis. And Jane has a whole unknown past with, um, y'know - terrorism. Having children that then become their natural weak points for their enemies, which subjects those kids to horrible trauma when they get targeted by said enemies, doesn't really seem like a stellar parenting decision. (I know most of the fandom won't agree with me here - this is just my own opinion and why I won't be writing any Jane-gets-pregnant fics.)

How about a fic where Jane gets sexually assaulted, and Kurt has to... No. Sorry. Never. I think female characters already get violated enough for the purposes of plot development, and I don't want to contribute to rape culture in that way. I know some people choose to deal with their own trauma through making their favourite characters go through what they themselves have gone through, so I'm not judging what other people choose to write, but... it's not for me. I'd rather find some other way to show character growth.

What do you think of Blindspot season 4? It. Is. Awesome. So far, anyway. I'm in love with Remi.

You're usually not bad with characterisation. Why is your Remi at the start of A Good Husband Would such a petulant nympho? That's not how she is in the show! I wrote it before season 4 started airing, and it just kind of came out that way. Kind of as a defence mechanism to drive Kurt away at the same time as she simultaneously doesn't want to. But seriously, I need canon Reller smut. I neeeeed it.

Do you ship any other Blindspot pairings? Despite the conflicts with Jeller, I really liked Kurt with Allie and Jane with Oscar. And Sarah Weller/Reade is a ship that should never have sunk! I love Dotcrab (Rich and Boston), but unless the show gets a little more serious with them, I don't think I'll be writing them. As for season 4, I kinda love the idea of Remi sexually corrupting Patterson (yes, I know this makes no sense and Patterson would never go along with it, but...dream sequence?), and Tasha and Blake getting together in the hiatus between seasons 3 and 4. Oh, and Patterson/David is love. I will forever mourn David.
