The N.E.W. London Investigation 'n' Detective Agency (NEW LInDA) is an organization devoted to the acquisition of any and all information regarding the individual known to many as The Doctor. We have been operational outside of the United Kingdom since the original LInDA was disbanded after a poorly documented event involving some temporal anomalies that have been investigated both by our teams and by the top secret Torchwood.

Taking over from where they left off, we have accrued many documents that are of particular interest to several other groups also involved in our line of work, including many international government agencies. These files are intended to bring the truth to the public. The people need to know what is out there! May the knowledge of the Doctor be given to all peoples around the world.
