The Land of Marl is, in theory, perfect. That is the first important bit. The second is that since Marl is, in theory, perfect than Earth must be, according to the theory, the opposite of perfection. This of course, thanks to good old common sense, would make Earth perfect. Those are the two most important facts you could, and probably will, ever know about Marl and Earth. Well, perhaps there is more, in fact there most definitely is, but we have a long way to go before we reach them.

If you are still reading this than chances are you know very little, or quite possible nothing, about the Land of Marl. That or you extremely bored with every day Marl life. Do not threat for that is why I am here, to enlighten you on just that. Infomation that is, not boredom. Of course, I don't know everything about Marl. Oh dear me no, for that is a lot to know. Yet I do know enough to teach you, for I know its history. Most of it first hand.

As you have probably not guessed I am The Great Bard of the Great Land of Marl, yes I know it's quiet a mouth full. So, perhaps you should just refer to me as Alex. I've always wanted to be called Alex. You see, I am rather found of an Earth show known as Jeopardy, though what the challenge is in asking questions I shall never know.

Anyway, I am the writer of the escapades of Marl. They are legends, but more than that. They are tales of a planet's life, and I am it's soul listener. I scribe everything, from heroes deeds to rouges destructions, though sometimes in Marl rouges can be the heroes with the deeds. Yet even through the moments of great humiliation I continue to write. Sometimes I even give stories tunes, as it can get rather boring writing for so long.
