Life hasn't always been easy on Emma, but now she just landed a job as an investigator in a well renowned Law Firm, so things are finally falling into place, right? Yeah, if she hadn't pissed off her boss in the first day. Sure, Regina Mills is the best attorney in town, and sure, she looks great on a suit, but she's also known as the Evil Queen who happens to own the place.

The Curse is broken. So is the illusion of a marriage that Regina and David had shared. David rejects his Queen for Snow. Can Regina find a second chance with Robin or is she still clinging to the shadows of her Cursed life?

Regina has to to decide, if she had the opportunity to come at life with a clean slate, would she? Her decision changes everything. Swan Queen, slow burn. Warning: Torture in later chapters.

Regina broods over what she dislikes about Emma Swan while she makes her morning coffee only to be confronted by the sheriff moments later.
