When Daryl and Merle return to the prison after Woodbury, the older of the two brothers finds comfort in the most unlikely of people; a fervent young woman found alone and starving on the highway. The two form an unlikely friendship in spite of their differences, but with the Governor on the march and new threats on the horizon, can anything survive in a world of the dead?

Meanwhile Daryl discovers that Merle is secretly trying to reel in an unsuspecting woman on the web and decides to intervene. When Daryl falls in too deep he goes to extremes to keep her away from his brother, and any other man. Ridiculousness ensues as Daryl sabotages everyone. Including himself.

Oneshot. Merle is tired of his brother and Carol acting like a couple of kids that can't admit their "feelings", so he decides to do his little brother a favor and intervene. By making Daryl think that he's getting the goods himself. Caryl, of course. (Just a little something I did for fun.)
