So... I'm obviously a big egoshipper. Haha. I just think that they would be PERFECT together. I'm not a very big fan of Pokeshipping, mainly because Ash is too dense for her. -_-;

My all-time favorite couple is Syaoran and Sakura from CCS. If you want to see true love in its greatest form, it's them.

I just wanted to explain a few things regarding the ages of the characters in "Homecoming" (which was brought to my attention by ‘craztente’):

I initially wasn’t going to make the group as young as they are, but I figured it would be the most logical in terms of time constraints… The original series aired for about 5 years, but I couldn’t see them traveling around together that long... So in my story, they traveled for approximately three years.
If I had stuck to airing time, then Ash would technically be in his mid-twenties in D&P, which would make it a little awkward for 10 year old Dawn, don’t you think? XD If there’s anything about the Pokemon anime that I don’t like (other than the new voice actors), it’s the inability for the characters to age. -_-;

So, the ages of the characters at the beginning of the story would be:
Ash - 13
Misty - 13
Gary - 13
Brock - 18
Tracey - 17
Daisy - 18
Violet - 17
Lily - 16

The time that Ash and Gary spend in the different regions is as follows:
Gary goes to Hoenn for about 5 months, Sayda Island for 8 months, and Sinnoh for about a year-and-a-half.
Ash goes to Hoenn for about a year-and-a-half, and then Kanto for about 6 months before going to Sinnoh.

I'm really trying to make this story as realistic as possible by incorporating a lot of elements from the anime. However, I stopped watching after Misty left, so if I get anything wrong, then please let me know.
