Author has written 1 story for Lord of the Rings.
Middle Earth is my homeland, my heart's devotion. I've been a practicing witch for 4 or 5 years. I love Shakespeare and the Renaissance time period. Poems seem to come easiest to me...I'm a bit impatient with stories, so I write very few that I will feel able to put on a website. To tedious to explain the backgrounds of them. Suppose I should try the Ent philosphy ('Do not be so hasty...'). I'm 16, soon to be 17, and an Aries with Leo rising. Proudest Aries on the face of the Earth. 'DragonFire' is my pagan name, so it has a special meaning. Not just something I thought would sound cool. In draw inspiration from many sources, my own personal experiences, dreams, stories, music, spitiuality, justice. I'm a strong believer in the feminist movement, but do not think this means I'm a Lesbian, that I don't shave, and that I hate men. On the contrary, I like men. I really do, but it just so happens that women have been oppressed by them for centuries and feminists were the one who just decided to do something about it. You might as well say all black people hate white people just because of the civil rights movement. I'm a major activist, as it runs in the family. As a fighter for what I believe in, I am impenetrable.
I love culture. It tells us so much about the imagination of humans and has been the basis for some of the mightiest of human accomplishment, and anything and everything that makes us great as a race, species, or people. Byzantium, Rome, the Renaissance, the orchestra, gospel, Beowulf...The Lord of the Rings...all of these things are the products of awe-inspiring culture.
Well, I guess that's enough about me. I hope you like my writings.
Blessed be.
