Hi and thanks for checking out my profile. And in case anyone was wondering, yes, I chose my name after reading too much Thebaid; I read a lot. A lot of old stuff... oh, yes, and Harry Potter. Yes, I'd consider myself a Ravenclaw (Pottermore agrees).

I've only started writing, then reading, fanfics after I've read Cursed Child. This play just raised so many questions no one ever asked and contained strange plot holes (How on earth did Albus and Scorpius get their hands on Harryʼs baby blanket?!?) that I felt compelled to rewrite it into a novel for my peace of mind, trying to explain at least some aspects (I didnʼt get yet to removing Delphi and time travel or strengthening Rose, but Iʼd like to). And as soon as I had finished, I had to write on, suddenly full of ideas.

Cursed Child is also responsible for my thinking about fan-fiction in general, something Iʼve never done before though Iʼve loved Harry Potter since I was about eight or nine. But reviews of the play so often labelled it as bad fan-fiction that I grew curious. I found this page and at last decided to share my own stories too.

I usually write canon and keep to the original pairings. Hermioneʼs my favourite (Iʼm an insufferable know-it-all too), I love Hagrid and the House-elves, wishing I had more good ideas about them, and have written a lot about Astoria. (So donʼt get me wrong, overall Iʼm rather fond of Cursed Child (not Delphi and the whole Time-Turner plot though, er, yes, I don't like the main plot...) as a few of my fanfics are based at least partly on it (mostly Astoria's malady).)

I know I'm recently not updating a lot. There are several oneshots started that I'm all struggling with (there's one I still should do for Delphi's trial, but that's being stubborn; a Drastoria is half-finished; I started something with the Black sisters; maybe something Ron-centric...). As for my personal favourite, The Black Letters, I don't have any concrete ideas to expand them with other stories as I don't know a good way to do so while staying canon-compliant and I don't trust myself with AU stories (though they might be a good basis for one... I think... maybe...).

And as you all know, I donʼt own Harry Potter, I only love it.
