One fateful Saturday, Sanji finds himself getting mixed up with the annoying, irritable, and generally hated punk that lives 3 floors above him. He then finds himself rapidly being submerged into a violent subculture he'd had no interest in before, and can't seem to find his way back out of. 'You need a hobby', his old man had told him. Did this count? A punk (eventual ZoSan) AU.

Zoro wasn't 'fine'. He was far from it. Cursed whispers haunted his thoughts, along with emotions he never wanted. A wretched ocean threatened to drown him. His heart bled from an undeniable love that blessed and hurt him in unimaginable ways. Was Zoro experiencing something psychological? Or something else? More importantly, what was Sanji's role in all of this?

Sanji is the assistant cook of the world-renowned restaurant, the Baratie. He's a successful chef and flirts with the customers every chance he can get but there's a problem. It's all a facade. The cooks give a new meaning to the word "abusive", both mental and physical. The only thing keeping Sanji alive is his love for cooking and a good ol' pack of cigarettes.

Sanji gets an unusual customer at the menswear store where he works. There was no way he could have known that the man with one eye, green hair, ugly clothes, and a giant dog was someone he'd unknowingly admired for a long time. He was even more surprised when his strange customer asked him out to dinner. Zosan -rated 'M'. I'm publishing this as a series of short Tumblr fics.

No one ever said that pirates fight fair, but if someone bites you in a fight then it's perfectly reasonable to bite them back.
