I joined this site to share with others some of my ideas about the intellectual properties that make up our modern mythology. I am currently working on some TES IV: Oblivion fics. After finishing that I will reformat some Serenity fanfics that have already been posted else where and post them here. Check this profile for updates on my work.

6/10/08:

Just finished posting the third chapter of my first Oblivion fan fic. Chapter 1 (New Friends and Grand Plans) introduced us to the main character, Chapter 2 (A contentious Conference) laid out major portions of the plot and gave us the setting, and Chapter 3 (Adjournment) showed the reactions of people trying to cope with this new developement in Cyrodiil. Chapter 4 will be titled "A Traitor and a Thief" so expect a lot of sneeking about and betrayal.

3/31/09:

Holly crap. That was a long gap. I finally finished Chapter 4. It was quite long but I wanted to expand the depth of the plot, brew some great action, and also walk around cyrodiil a bit. In real life I also had some economic and persnoal issues that kinda took the wind out of my creative sails.

4/15/09:

Chapter 5 is posted. It is the longest so far but I predict the chapters will shrink in size and start coming faster. No more new characters of much importance will be introduced after this chapter. To keep the size of this chapter down I had to move some things around and add another chapter to the tentative index.

7/12/09:

Chapter 7 is posted. I didn't do an update on Chapter 6. Time has been constricted lately. I've been getting more hours at work and I'm begining research on an orginal novel. I fully intend to see the story to the end so if you're waiting on those updates, don't hold your breath but definitley don't forget me. Also I'm cutting an entire chapter out of the story which will shorten it by about 12. This chapter would have been quite large and I've decided to exclude it. The chapter in question was titled "Better off Burning" and it would have involved the final destruction of Hackdirt. While writing this story I've been collecting some loose thoughts and either as an appendix or a forum post these will be shared. Think of it as a comentary on each chapter. I will discuss my ideas on the deleted chapter there. This also means I will have to repost a chapter or two because I've already alluded to it in the story. Chapter 8 and 9 will be the climax of the story. I have been looking forward with enthusiasm to these 2 chapters since I originally laid down a very loose outline for the entire plot. Expect lots of visceral action and heart breaking drama in the life of Spuria Cominius and Servantius.

12/05/09:

Chapter 8 is posted and, once again, I've expanded my outline back to 11. I did this to keep the chapters a managable size. Will start to work on the new chapter after the New Year.
