I'm currently working on a historical manga on my own. It's based on the Heike Monotagari (the tale of the Heike) but focuses on the life of the female warrior: Tomoe Gozen. I've been researching for about six months now, and am starting the script. Role models in terms of artwork and design are definetly Naoko Takeuchi and Nobuhiro Watsuki _
