Status: I'm working solely on Betrayal's Reward for the time being. All the other stories are on hold, but not dead.

24th December, 2011:

First off, merry Christmas and a happy new year to all of you.

Secondly, yes, I'm still alive. Sorry for disappearing off the face of the Earth like I did, but a lot of things happened that resulted in me having no time to spend on the net.

A colleague and good friend of mine suffered a severe heart attack several months back, and aside from the worry I had to shoulder his workload on top of mine. This lasted till a while back, so not of the good. My pal got better and is fully recovered, thankfully.

On top of that, my wife's pregnant with our third child, and I think - that while that's a great thing no doubt - that next to everybody can imagine that that sapped away even more of my time and energy. I can honestly say that I felt like a doormat in a cab for the better part of half a year.

Things have stabilised in the last few weeks and I even managed to write something - like 18k :) - for BR. In fact, I'm positive that the new chapter will go to my beta in the next few days.
