I am nine chapters in on the rewrite of "From the Past". Progress is being made. I know that there probably aren't too many people out there reading this profile, but if you happen to find it (and me), I am planning on coming back. It's just taking me for freaking ever. Stay tuned.

Hey, all. I have been gone for quite a while. My life went to hell in mid-2010, and it has taken me this long to reach the point where I can even consider writing again. After a long bout with depression and anxiety problems and other lovely life things, I am strongly considering coming back to the fanfiction world. Yay, right?

I will most likely redo "From the Past" first, then continue on with my other stories as I see fit. I wrote them as an angsty teenager/college kid/fangirl, you see, and so now that I've done a great deal of maturing I'd like to rectify some of my more glaring errors. I have some ideas. Mwahaha...

Dreamwraith the Person: Former Niagara Falls resident and former Buffalo resident, current Syracuse resident, graduated in December 2010 with a Master's degree in Chemistry, consumes large amounts of chocolate, plays D&D, Vampire: the Masquerade (and several other WoD games), Exalted, and Magic: the Gathering. Owns a Whack-Bonk stick. Has been an avid DBZ fan since mid-1998, and an even more avid Namek fan since late 1998. GO GREEN! Also misses her Monster and her Ginny, but enjoys her Rynna and Ella. Is trying to kick the hell out of depression.

Dreamwraith the Writer: Updates when procrastinating, has four works in progress and three other multi-parters on her dead hard drive that need to be rewritten, and has a moody, overactive muse who is occasionally supplanted by a Malkavian. Did not adopt name from the undead Dragonlance monster, although she certainly feels it after a long, hard day. Also accepts challenges and IMs when online, which is very rarely as of late. Wishes her muse a happy 11th birthday (April 2015). [Edit: 11?! 11!? I remember him when he was such a wee tyke!]

And I Shall Go On: "It was a passion kind of thing," Trunks had said about his parents, and he went on to say how it was not because of Yamcha. So where does that leave him? Most authors depict Yamcha as a 'player' who broke Bulma's heart. Give him some credit. Who is the man behind the scars? You might think a little differently about him after reading this. Chapter EIGHTEEN up: 6/3/10. (Finally! Given that Chapter 17 was up 11/22/05...)

Twilight of the Dawn: Sequel to "From The Past". Strange occurences have plagued Piccolo since the demon's defeat, leading him to wonder how badly he and the others have underestimated Daimao. When one horrific situation arises, he and the other Z warriors must confront the enemy they drove away but did not destroy... Chapter TWELVE up: 3/31/11. (Ugh. At least it wasn't a three-year wait this time.)

Shadows in the Night: The Prince of New Orleans has comissioned a coterie to retrieve a stolen artifact, one left under her protection by an elder Gangrel. What the coterie does not know is what power it possesses and why it was stolen. To what lengths will they have to go to recover it, and to what lengths will the Prince's men have to go to keep its secrets hidden? Chapter TWO up: 8/24/09.

Awakening: Death is a traumatizing experience that can cause a radical change in even the most peaceful of people. What happened to Cargo after the Nameks left for their new planet? In an attempt to prevent any future genocide, he swears to become strong enough to protect his people, no matter what it takes. However, when Dende is called to Earth to become its new guardian, Cargo will learn that physical strength alone is not enough to save the day. Chapter TWO up: 9/13/10.
