At the end of Coven, Fiona finds herself trapped in a cabin with her Axeman, waking each day to the realization of her eternal torture. But they will one day find their peace through the power of their love.

Fiona carefully watched over the toddler's feeble steps. The little girl fell back and raised a dimpled hand to her, asking for help. She was the only one who could see Fiona, feel her and hear her. Fiona extended her hand to the child. She would always be safe with her. - Fiona's ghost watches her granddaughter grow and cares after her, unseen by everyone else.

Sister Jude manages to escape the claws of Briarcliff before she becomes a prisoner of insanity. In search of a new beginning, Jude finds it abandoned at St. Ursula's Home for Lost Children; a tiny baby girl left there by her mother who Jude herself had once imprisoned at Briarcliff against her will.

Nella moves into The Murder House, intending on turning it into a funeral home. The ghosts of the house take a shining to her...some more than others. Tate/OC

This is a one-shot fic about Fiona and The Axeman which is basically supposed to be a "deleted scene" from Episode 11 of Coven. I wrote it so that it would fit in with the show, and be true to the characters as they were originally presented to us.

After the acid attack Cordelia has to find a way to keep going. And Fiona has to find a way to keep some very honest and unusual thoughts to herself. She has to make sure that Cordelia never discovers them. Not through her visions nor through any other gift, but sometimes the mind has a mind of its own.
