It's one thing to marry your enemy but it is completely idiotic to actually fall in love with him. Could it be Stockholm Syndrome? I doubt it. It could have been necessity, I mean I was abandoned by Harry and I felt alone. That must be it. DM/HG

Voldemort defeated Harry and the Order is in hiding. They are weak, but Voldemort too is growing weaker because Draco Malfoy has created his own resistance with plans to take Voldemort's place. He is close to overthrowing Voldemort, but when he captures Hermione and convinces her to work with him, he finally has his means to gain all of the power he wants.
