Hullo!

My previous account was Alchemistress, but then stuff happened and now I can't access it anymore.

This account is mainly for saving fanfics that impress me, but perhaps, someday, I will upload all the stuff that comes out of my own fingers on here if I finish one of them to some point.

Books:

I read all kinds of things, as long as they keep me occupied. My bookshelves are bursting with fantasy novels and series, but there's the occasional chicklit and, yes, some literature (Perfume, Memoirs of a Geisha and all of Jane Austen, among others). Below some of the things I have read or still read:

Harry Potter, all Discworld novels, Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit, Inheritance Trilogy (Eragon), His Dark Materials, The Temeraire series, the Laws of Magic trilogy, Stravanganza, The Hunger Games,etc. etc.

TV

Merlin, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sherlock, Jonathan Creek, House, Blackadder, QI, A Bit of Fry and Laurie, Jeeves and Wooster, Bottom, the Big Bang Theory, Scandinavian and British detectives from time to time, Phineas and Ferb, Fairly Oddparents, Danny Phantom, Avatar...I watch so many things it's getting ridiculous.

Movies:

Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter, all things animation (really, all.), lots of Disney...just the general stuff really.

Ships:

I love ships! Oh you meant personxperson. I do that too, but it's mostly canon. Which does not mean I will be angry and glare at you if you don't ship canon. That's just how my brain works. So if the couple is canon, I ship it. Don't care what genders. Sometimes I can see the possibility of other ships too, which is where the "mostly" part comes in.

Anyway, ship the ship you ship the most, don't be angry when others don't ship it, don't be angry when the actors themselves don't ship your ship either because it's their life and not your fictional fantasy (this is about a certain incident with Bradley James, Georgia King and Colin Morgan. If Bradley says he loves the girl, don't start saying he's lying. I think he's pretty sure of his own feelings.) (This was two years ago and I'm still angry at the Merlin fandom.)
