Multi-Chapter Story Status

The Joy of the Hunt - Believe it or not, I'm actually almost done with the next chapter ;)

Yesteryear - Mapped out until the end. Another 10 chapters or so, at least. Perhaps when my writers block passed I'll get to it?

I Loved You Before I Met You - Wonderful story but the whole E&E just isn't doing it for me. This will be last in my priorities AND may even be changed to a different pairing. For now, this is on HIATUS. If you are a writer and an Eleijah shipper, and love the concept, I may give it up for adoption. Contact me and let me know.

Latest News:

Feb 1, 2014 - Nope, I did not die. Not to worry, all WIP will be finished - once this horrid writers' block lets go of me. I am still active on FF, just not as a writer atm. This ofc. means that if you PM me, I will get it (and reply).

WRITING:
As of now I only write TVD. I'm a huge 'Original junkie' and I ship all of them with pretty much anyone. I am building a whole canon in my stories. These are all set in the same universe - not necessarily an AU, I'm just expanding on details the show doesn't show us so far.If you enjoy BAMF original action and are not opposed to smut, you will likely enjoy my fics. Otherwise, most likely not :) I am also open as a beta reader.

Ships:
Elijah / Anyone - He's just too hot for words. I will write him with anyone, but I only truly ship him with, uh... myself. In my dream Elijah's soul mate is *me* =)
I'm massively impressed with Daniel Gilies acting skills, as I do not feel anywhere near as attracted to the actor as I do to the character. Somehow Daniel becomes more good looking than he normally is when he embodies Elijah. So far I have written Elijah with an OC, Elena and Jenna. More perhaps to come.

Kol / Kitten - Is it wrong of me to ship Kol with my own OC? :)
I didn't use to like him, but the way some authors take his personality and run with it is vastly enjoyable. This paragraph should be taken personally by hazelheart93. If you haven't read her Kolena stories, you SHOULD! In fact, Kolena or not, you should read anything she writes - she rocks, bigtime =)

READING:

TVD - of course. Mainly Elijah stories but anything Original centric does it for me.

50 Shades - Writing TJoTH got me researching, the research led me to the 50-shades triology. Mainly reading the more f-d up stuff. Yepp, I'm just that sick :) I ended up reading the whole triology just to make sure I wasn't doing anything copy-cat-like. I'm happy to say I'm not, since I seem to be far more disturbed than the author of 50 :)

Twilight - Reading 50 stories in turn led me to reading TwiFics. I found that I LOVE them, especially the Jasper centric ones (Ok, so we can conclude I'm not much for canon pairings?) Jackson Rathborne is *almost* as hot as Gillies. Almost being the operative word here - Elijah (and I) is and remains my OTP.

Pet Peeves While Reading (a.k.a. don't always trust auto spelling)

Clothes - Cloth(s)
You drape things in cloth, you MAKE clothes out of cloth. But the stuff you WEAR is spelled, say after me...

Stake - Steak
Seriously, how can so many writers of vampire fiction mess this one up? :)
A steak is a large piece of meat, usually originating as part of a bovine. The wooden pole with a sharp end is spelled, say after me...

I'm aware of the fact that all of these words sound the same, but the meanings are different people! I'm Swedish and I can get it right, when you're a native English speaker and can't be bothered that annoys me to the point where I'll stop reading the story.
