German Walls is your founder and principal involving 4th Gear Consulting. He is passionate about developing amazing leaders and thriving, principled organizations. He believes that nothing will have greater impact on some of our economy, our communities, some of our lives and our kids' lifetime. For more than a decade German has worked for and with organizations to help them realize more of their potential. His most recent roles in the corporate world were Senior Vice President of Studying and Leadership Development with Bank of America together with Global Director of Learning and Development at Pfizer. Just before moving into leadership advancement, he spent several many years in sales and led his own high performing teams. German has broad experience within leadership development, organizational effectiveness, organizational learning and ability planning and understands ways to use this experience to help any organization perform better and engage their most people. He has been coaching and training leaders for years and is uniquely capable to help them find their strengths and have tried it to accomplish virtually anything they're just committed to. German is also an accomplished speaker and has delivered presentations to thousands of people across the country. He lives in Charlotte now, North Carolina with their wife and three incredible kids.
