EL : Daydreaming, imaging stories, reading, drawing, singing (even if I'm not really good), listening to music, playing djembé, walking, biking, meeting friends and pepole I like, smiles, laught, playing with friends, a nap under the sunlight, red, orange, yellow, … … There is sooo much things ! =D Voix off : What do you dislike ? EL : A lot of things indeed... Voix off : Since when do you write fanfics ? EL : I've always imagined stories, originals and about the stories I liked. As a child with my dolls. Then in MiddleSchool and HightSchool, with my friends, we used to speak about our books and mangas for hours, we exanged our point of view and tried to foresee their sequels. How I miss it ! Voix of : It's been a while so ! EL : Not really since I never really wrote them. It stayed in my mind until recently, when I registered on ff.net. Voix off : Why did you choose to publish your fanfics in ff.net ? EL : Why not ? ^^ Voix off : … That was constructive TT … So ! What kind of fanfic do you like to write ? EL : Well, I think we can call that « behind the scene », I like to try to imagine scenes that could really happened and be inserted in the real stories. It can be suggested events or things I totally imagine (but always realistic in the story point of view). It's also a way to show how I interpret what happens and characters relationships in the real story or to try to find an answer to my wonders by myself. And of course, just to see what (or who) I want to see (like my favorite characters who are not always the main -or not originally at least-, and my fav pairings with a little romance -but without muchiness) ! ^^ Voix off : What is your writting style ? EL : Huh ? … ^^° … As a beginner I don't know if I can call it my style but I try to write as simply as possible and with as little description as possible. It's often mostly talks because I think it suits better my ideas (when I imagine a scene, it's the interaction between the characters, with voices and their faces that I see, like in a film). But it's hard to make it looks natural … It's hard also to respect characters way of speaking … Voix off : How many fanfics are you writting and what œuvres are they based on ? EL : Too many ! I've got between 15 and 20 more or less finished projects (counting each chapter of my Conversations of a bookworm collection) Voix off : That much !!! O_O EL : Yeah ... I hardly focus on only one story. So depending on my inspiration I get ahead with one or another story. That's why I'm quite slow … Currently, they are based on two mangas Magi, the labyrinth of magic AND Fairy Tail. Voix off : Your data says you're french. EL : Yep ! :) Voix off : So why the hell do you write in english ? EL : … Just because I want to ! :) Voix off : Oo ... EL : It adds challenge, it makes my stories accessible to a lot more people and it help me improve my english :) But it's also a reason why I'm slow … Voix off : You can also say you're masochist I won't juge you. It can be a world, a song, a picture, a wonder and sometimes it even appears in my mind with no reason at all ! And there is times when I'm always inspired and times when inspiration won't come ...
