Alright, this needed a major overhaul, so here we are. I'm 15, almost 16 and live in Canada. I like to listen to music, draw, read and of course, write. I do not particularly enjoy English class at school though, I never have. For once I'd just like to take a poem as it is, you know, without analyzing the hell out of it for alliteration or otomatapoea or whatever. I'm sure the author didn't decide one day that hey, I'm going to write a poem with lots of assonance. It's what's in their soul. Maybe that's why I suck at English so much, I'm willing to take a poem or a story for what it is, and if an alternate meaning hits me, great, if not, then whatever. People wonder why kids don't read more. Maybe it's because the school system has murdered literature by making it something that needs to be memorised, or analyzed. You're lucky to get ten minutes to read for yourself, something you enjoy and want to read instead of the lame ass, namby pamby, moral heavy crap the curriculum says you have to do. Give me a library and a notebook and I'll do my own English classes.

Enough about that.

About my writing. Personally, I feel that it could always use improvement. What I write out never seems to match what's in my head. Needless to say, the stories are better there, but I will try to give to you what I have as best I can. A 110 and whatnot. If you don't like it, tough, though I'm willing to hear respectful suggestions. Also, I have no problem with slash anymore. I still don't write it, but I will read it now and then if there seems to be a good plot. I only really do Harry Potter Fanfiction, both reading it and writing it. I've tried to get into other stuff, but I just can't for some reason. I love the older generation, The Marauders, Snape... It's just easier to write when I've got half the puzzle and get to make up the pieces in between.

I'd like to apologise for every story I've left hanging. I post a chapter of one, then another idea pops into my head and I can't think about anything but developing that idea, until another idea comes along. It's a vicious circle!
