"That's the last time I ever trust a psychopath!" **Spoilers for series twelve** Based on where I thought Rimmer was, up until the others found him in a waste disposal box. A few tweaks had to be made, or it wouldn't make sense.

Set right before series X - While the rest of the crew board another vessel for supplies, Rimmer stays behind. The ship is stricken hard by an unknown force. Things begin to get weird and intense after that.

A short little festive tale set in the early seasons, in which Cat learns what a bauble is, Lister develops a sore finger, Rimmer becomes uncharacteristically christmassy, and the boys from the dwarf have the age-old annual Christmas argument of whether or not Die Hard counts as a Christmas film...

As the universe ends, Arnold Rimmer has his final thoughts.

Lister feels more down and confused than he's ever felt in his life. Humouring Kryten's endeavour to find a mysterious craft known as a Knowledge Station, he hopes that it might hold all of the answers. Rimmer, meanwhile, is incapable of coping with just about anything.

Lister had always considered Holograms to be human. He'd never considered what other people saw them as. However, when a wormhole traveller brings up the touchy subject of Hologram rights, could it spell a nasty end to their strange friendship? Rimmer!angst and caring!Lister

Rimmer's astronavs are tomorrow, and as usual, he's in crisis. Hoping to improve his chances, he tries to take the luck virus, but takes a megadose of confidence instead. He quickly grows reckless and euphoric, in the exam room and beyond. It's all just harmless fun until Rimmer tries to upgrade Starbug's recyc system, endangering the ship. The boys have to bring him down - fast.

Time is running out for Sherlock Holmes and James Moriarty. They can't keep their war private much longer, and when war does break loose, it will have terrible consequences for all concerned. Consequences Holmes means to avoid, even if it leads to a Swiss waterfall. Second part in a series, sequel to Mortality.
