I'm a long-time Star Trek fan, new to writing fiction, and as one reader described me, "a hard-core Sarek/Amanda shipper." We all have our obsessions, and I may grow out of this one one day...or maybe not. In my fanon, it's totally obvious why Amanda "considered herself a very fortunate Earth woman."

12/13/13: I've decided to go out on a limb, comfort zone-wise, and start posting the sequel to "Gratified By Your Company" chapter by chapter. Prologue today, Chapter 1 tomorrow, and then a chapter about every week or so. I'd recommend reading "Gratified" first, as there are references to it in the sequel, "To Honor and Protect." It can be read as ST: TOS or 2009 (though I'm partial to TOS myself). Live long and prosper!

2/8/14: Thanks to everyone out there reading and commenting on my stories! A long time ago when I started reading fanfic I vowed I would not become one of those "whiny" writers constantly trolling for reviews. Well, that was before I actually started writing. Reviews aren't the only reason I write, but they are pretty important. As any of you who do write know, it means a great deal to be acknowledged (even just a "thanks for posting") when you put a labor of love out there. So... if you're reading my stuff and enjoying it, please let me know! (Whining and begging here, just a little). And if you think it's not so great, I'd like to know that, too; if I'm putting everyone to sleep I should be alerted so I can either write better or patent the cure for insomnia. 8/8/14: Still working on the second half of "To Honor and Protect"! I know I promised it as "summer reading" to some, and I realize summer's almost over... It's going to be a long story, though. To make up for the delay a bit I just posted an excerpt from it, called "Day Hike on the Forge." It doesn't spoil the rest of the plot for "To Honor," so it's something to read for now. :)

11/27/14: Getting close(r) to finishing "To Honor." I'll be editing and previewing soon...

3/31/15: Well, it took me long enough, but the conclusion to "To Honor and Protect" is ready to be posted! Chapter 20 is up; Ch. 21 will be up shortly and after that I'm going to post about a chapter per week. Thanks to everyone who has read Part I and has been patiently waiting for Part II! LLAP.
