First, a little bit about ourselves

Emilie:

I'm Emilie Snape. Not 'Brat', 'Pintsized' or any of those other ridiculous nicknames that people have come up for me.

As my last name states, I'm a Snape, meaning my father is Severus Snape. This is where you are all: "How is that possible? Snape is a beak-nosed greasy git!" Well I suppose my mother thought that too, because once she had me she shipped me off to him and I haven't seen her. Although I guess I should be happy about that, seeing is how father says that she was just a random conquest. I shudder to think of what that meant.

I'm sixteen years old, and in Slytherin. Lucky me, I get to put up with the mommy's boy and the dunce twins Malfoy, Crabbe and Goyle, them as well as the Gryffindor 'Dream Team' and it's a wonder any of us actually get any work done. I'm surprised my father hasn't already obliterated the whole lot of them.

I've been graced with my father's black hair, and pallid skin, although I'm not as greasy as him I actually take care of myself. I was however stuck with my mother's blue eyes, her curls and her height, according to father anyway. I stand at a measly four foot seven, and am often mistaken for a third or second year. The only reason I was dragged into Malfoy's group was my ability to challenge even Hermione Granger in potions. It helps being the daughter of a Potions Master.

I may appear all sweet and innocent, but people have to remember that I am in Slytherin, and as such I am not one to be trusted. Mess with me and you're likely to be hurting for a while.

I'm the female Slytherin Prefect for the sixth years, and unlike my blond headed counterpart I am ruthless.

I guess there isn't much else to mention that can't be found out through the Tales of Hogwarts I intend to share with you. I don't really care if you like them or not, it's not your opinion that counts.

Rose:

Hi! I'm Rose Evans.

I live with Jacob, Marie, and Gregory Goyle. Not by any choice, I can tell you that.

I'm about 4'5, with waist length, curly dark brown hair. I have bright green eyes, and milky white skin (trust me, it's not as good as it sounds, I get sunburnt after a few moments in the sun.)

I'm fifteen years old, and just starting my fifth year of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

My father was Stephen Evans, my mother, Bellatrix Lestrange. My mother kidnapped and raped my father, before killing him, and told me that he was killed by dark witches and wizards. I grew up with Jacob, Marie, and Greg, though, she never really had much to do with me.

When I was barely a few years old, she was arrested and taken to Azkaban. My aunt and uncle, Narcissa and Lucius Malfoy had a kid of their own already, and though they had more than enough money to afford to raise every single kid in Hogwarts in luxury with money to spare, they aren't really the paternal sort. Lucius's best friend, Severus Snape, already had a daughter he had to look after, so he couldn't pass me onto him. Instead, I ended up with Jacob, Marie, and Greg.

Marie isn't so bad. She's a short, plump woman, with long, straight blonde hair, and bright blue eyes, so completely unlike her husband and son in looks as well as in personality. I was never scolded or refused anything by going to her. I've previously been to Saint Mungos Hospital five times before, on five different occasions, spanning one week, from the shortest stay, to two months as the longest, because I did something that Jacob disapproved of.

I dislike living with Gregory, however, unfortunately for me, there isn't anywhere else I can go. Marie was ecstatic that I got into Ravenclaw, whereas everyone else was annoyed, and upset with me, blaming my mother for raping my "stupid muggle father".

I want to be an Auror when I finish school, and due to the fact that they'd either kill me, harm me, or try to make me on their side so I can help them escape without much difficulty, I have never told anyone involved in my life about this.

I was one of the eight students chosen by Dumbledore to be part of an experiment about moving fifth years up into sixth year for certain classes. I'm barely known around school, and those who do know me, either don't know, or choose not to use my name.

I'm often confused for a second, third, or sometimes even first year at hogwarts, even by some of the teachers. I'd swear, a lot of the time, that Professor Snape hated me more than even Harry Potter. He never did like my mother, for one, and I think every Slytherin in my life believes I'm going to end up incompetant.

I don't really think there's much more to inform you of at the moment, but that I hope you enjoy the tales of Hogwarts that I have to share with you.
