This is a collection of tales about the tailor and the doctor of DS9. Last story summary: Bashir is summoned to treat a patient before the Dominion War breaks out. He inadvertently discovers a lot about Garak's past.

A confused Jazia comes back with no idea that she had died 3 years ago and after spending two years with the prophets Captain Sisko finally returns to deep space 9 with disturbing news the Pah-wraths are no longer in purgatory.

Doctor Bashir and Garak are sent to a Federation planet to assist with a relief effort. The Cardassian soon realizes that not all is well with the doctor. Warning for descriptions of disease and suicide ideation

Julian Bashir has some thoughts concerning Q and so writes them down, they get a far wider readership than he ever thought they would.

Deals with the aftermath of the shuttle that was transporting Sarina to science station being blown up by suspected Maquis. Devastated, Bashir withdraws, but with a little nudging from a 'Plain and Simple Tailor' he and Kira stumbled on a plot that threatens the very foundations of Starfleet. NO SLASH. Could be moved up to M in later chapters for violence.

When Garak is sent on a dangerous mission behind enemy lines to Cardassia, Dr Julian Bashir worries about him. It is very possible Garak will never return. If or when he does, Julian will be waiting for him.

Set after the Dominion War, and after the book "A Stitch In Time" in which Garak has written letters to Julian during the reconstruction of Cardassia. Julian's marriage to Ezri seems hollow. Can he find an answer, and a new life, with Garak?

After 4x10, Garak and Julian start to associate less compared to before. This attempts to fill in the gaps about what is happening behind the scenes between them, starting after their misadventure in the holosuite. Canon-Compliant, not straight up slash.

Dr. Bashir's recent fatigue seems to be attracting a lot of attention. His friends think that he should take some time off, but life on Deep Space Nine was never considered to be relaxing.
