Fits-Me delivers ab workout plans for all fitness levels. The workouts can be done anywhere and anytime and requires no equipment.
Utilising simple tests that can be done at home we will first estimate your body composition and then your current fitness levels. Out from that we will estimate your possible goals in the 12 weeks frame and carefully handpick a 12 week workout plan that fits your body and and fitness level.
You will get access to our online videos for detailed exercise explanation as well as videos on the testing, mobility and warm-ups.
All our workout plans have high intensity, low intensity & strength sessions for optimal results. Furthermore 90% of the plans have running sessions 1-2 times a week.
