My name is Kirby. I'm 21 years old and I reside in Victoria, Australia. I've loved writing since I could incorrectly grasp a pen and have dabbled in other artistic areas, but I favor writing over many of my other creative endeavors. My interests aside from writing include video games, interior decoration and cooking.

If asked to describe my fanfiction works in a sentence it would be 'a mixed lolly bag'. I feel like my tastes range from movies, television shows, books, animated films and cartoons. On one or more occasion I've contemplated crossovers. If I had to pick my favorite category it would be Disney.

A while back I got depression, and it got bad. I didn't want to get out of bed, or leave my house. I wanted to escape to my fantasy worlds but I didn't have the heart to create them. I felt useless. But writing and submitting here and getting the feedback I got meant more than any words I can type.

I hope my work can please fans of the original works that my writing is based on. I hope, like me, you can imagine the what ifs and delve deeper into a world that you enjoy. I hope that anybody who is struggling like I have can turn to my work in a time of need, not for a solution but for an escape.

My writing has developed from my love of the original content it is based on, when my imagination was left wanting more it only made sense to create it. My fanfiction works currently are, and always will be free to read. However I am attempting to collect funding through and a digital tip jar to progress with my works and any contribution would be appreciated.

There are a few reasons why I've decided that is the best way to progress with my writing. Firstly, I'd eventually like to write some original content (as well as fanfiction) and attempt to publish and distribute it digitally. I'd like to use this service, as well as my FanFiction profile to establish a connection with my readers and to turn my ideas into a reality.

Secondly, I'd like to pursue writing as a career. I am currently majoring in English at university and would love to use this opportunity to gain experience. I believe that a long running is a good way to maintain motivation and to hone creative skills that can be applied within my career. I believe that utilizing will demonstrate my dedication to my work, an ability to meet deadlines and to interact with my readers.

Above all else, I love writing. I want nothing more than to one day have the financial freedom to write all of the time. If you think my work is worth the pledge then that's where the money will go.
