Continuing from Vol.1, Clayton then meets Suzu's sisters: Mizu,Suki and Emi and a school bully,Shinji Fuji and found out a secret revealed by Suzu at the end of the second volume.

The story is about animals being turned into spirits and possessing humans to understand other humans with the help of a wizard apprentice named Clayton. In this first volume, Clayton meets a stray cat: Suzu.
