Ursula Tempest is an aspiring author whose favourite books include those by Garth Nix, J.R.Tolkien, Joanne Harris, Harlan Coben and of course J.K.Rowling. She particularly enjoys fantasy and crime thrillers, though is equally willing to read humour, historical fiction and most any thing else that has a shiny cover and looks promising. A writer that she's not too fond of would be Bill Bryson (who's technically good and often verry funny but just too calous for her liking).

She finds that the only T.V. programs worth watching these days are House, M.D. (she's developing a dangerous habit of watching the daytime repeats) and Jeckyll and she's still reeling from the fact that Dr. Who had finished for another series. She recalls how both Jackie Chan and The Mummy cartoons were very entertaining but feels that she has outgrown them a little, so she might just consider buying them on box set. Ursula also likes Grand Designs, when it's not a repeat.

Films-wize Ursula is a fan of anything that is genuinely funny. Horror movies are not her bag.

She loves her family, her friends and her cat, Taz, very much. They will probably not read this page - ever.

If all the human race were wiped out tomorrow, she would probably relax for a few days, before going crazy.
