We all know quirks came about 200 years go, but 200 years ago from what year? How about 2019. In 1819, the first quirk was discovered in a rural town in China. For the next 95 years, quirks would be widespread across the planet and a lot more of the world got them than modern times, about 95%. How did it decrease? The answer lies within one major event in history: The Great War.
