Based predominantly in the 2003 series but I am borrowing the Nightwatcher from the 2007 movie as it was the main reason I liked that movie.

Leo didn't know how it happened. One minute, they were laughing and joking around on the rooftops. The next, the Foot had fallen upon them like a plague, and they were facing one of their toughest battles.
