Hey everyone!! Welcome to my little corner of Fanfiction.net. Well, most of my poetry got moved to fictionpress.net, which I don't like at all. I don't want my work separated like this. But if you want to read those too, go to http://www.fictionpress.net/profile.php?userid=63498.

I'm now 18 and from Ohio. I love to sing (and yay! I auditioned for our school's jazz choir, Added Attraction, and I made it! :) swim, draw, and I love to write poetry. Singing and writing are my passions though. I'm single, and a bit afraid to start another relationship with anyone (sounds kinda pathetic yes, but I can't help it). If any of you are good at giving advice, maybe you can help me find a way to stop backing and shying away from guys who start to like me as more than a friend...it's getting frustrating for me!

I write to express how I'm feeling. Whether it be happiness, loneliness, or anger, I write it down. My poems are a window into my heart, so please don't flame them. Constructive criticism is fine and welcomed, but no flames please.

As you've probably noticed, my poems here are almost all about love (mostly about a lost love, just b/c it's easy for me to express my hurt through writing). And yes, they are all about one guy *hisses* who I remained kinda semi-friends (lol, does that even make sense?) with. Well, no more poems about him! (Which might be why I haven't written anything in a while- I always write about love and now I'm not in love). Subconsciously I always seem to incorporate the same themes in my writing, such as roses/flowers, tears/rain, the night sky, sometimes angels, and of course love and I just now realized I do that.

I want to thank those of you that have responded to my poetry. You have no idea how wonderful it is to hear from those of you who like my poems. It gives me great hope and confidence, and I love hearing what you all think. So if you have the time, please let me know what you think of my poems!
