Update (May 6, 2015): So, hey everyone . . . it has been a long time-too long, and for that I apologize. For over a year now I have been off of this site-writing at least, I have still regularly been reading, and I have a lot of explaining to do. When I started writing these stories I was really passionate, and ready to pour out my ideas on these pages-and at first they came. But man did I soon get distracted, and I found myself skipping deadlines I set for myself with these stories. Somewhere along the way I just didn't have whatever I needed to keep writing-and I got to mention ALOT of things happened in my life since that time-2 years of college, a relationship with a girl, a possible mission trip coming up, college studies, reflections on my future, and a host of other things.

None of this has ever been an excuse, not will it be again. I recently checked some of my stories to find out a few people had left some reviews-even though I had not updated them in over a year. To hear that people still liked what I started with so much made me feel terrible for being away from it for so long. For me writing should be a fun, and honestly the fun never left these stories-believe me the plans I had for Into The Night originally were huge-same with Insanity and UTHS. To say my life is even busy now than it was then would be an understatement-but I wanna get back in the habit of writing my stories here. I want to continue those stories and complete what I started-not because I have to but because I truly am still interested in them as much as other people are.

Essentially what I am saying is-I'm coming back I am returning to writing my fan fictions after this long hiatus. To anyone who I have upset by this long disappearance from my stories I am sorry, and I apologize if it seems like I gave up on this-I haven't, and intent to try and finish this . . . actually wait no how can I say that-it is against the wise words of Yoda-"Do or do not, there is no try".

However, in order to pick up these stories again I am going to make some changes-while I am proud of UTHS I admit it was my first fan fiction and I do think I need to expand more on the story, while explaining more things in greater detail-as sometimes I think the story sounds a tab bit unrealistic-and I sorta wanna fix that. As for Into The Night, this is the project I mainly want to devote myself too-the potential is there but I really wanna span out this story while not making it unreasonable for me to accomplish. Also it has a few mistakes in it contextual wise that must be fixed. As for Insanity . . . this one may take some time to get back too. It's simply such a massive story and I do not know if I can put al the effort I want into it right now-I am not throwing it out but I do need to review it and see where I want it to go. As of now consider Into The Night the main project, with UTHS behind it, and then Insanity.

Nor will I any longer be setting solid due dates for my works-but I will put aside time to work on them especially this summer as I will have more free time. This is going to be something causual yet passionate for me. When I started this page I was 18, and about to be starting my freshman year of college . . . I am now 20 and ending my sophomore year. I will not be any any major new long stories-maybe some short ones though, until I feel like I have gotten to where I need to be on Into The Night, as well as seeing where I want to go with UTHS. Also I have become working on my own western fiction-it may soon be up on online so keep an eye out for that.

I apologize everyone for this long message and hiatus. I am not setting any due dates for what s to come, but I am gonna pick up these stories again and work with them. Expect stuff to return in the future from the Rooftop Raptor. Until we speak again, Adios!

Update (February 23, 1014): It really does feel great to get the newest chapter of Insanity done. I must say, this was the most fun chapter to right yet. usually I am one who likes to focus more on the story and less on the battles, but a good fight is always fun . . . and plus this is a story all about fighting so I think it fits. If anyone would like me to add a video game character to the story post the name in the review section and I'll see if I can put the character in-The only rule is that the characters origin must come from a video game franchise (no video games based off movies, comics, cartoons). This is so the story stays in a strictly video game sense, as that's kinda the whole point of the story.

The other projects I hope to get out soon. As stated before I have plenty of work done for ITN and UTHS but I need to do more for each. As for SWFOAG, I still an contemplating how I want to go about writing it, so it may take some time. It's a story I really want to do, but at the same time I have a lot on my plate to begin with.

I truly hope everyone enjoyed Insanity's newest chapter-it was fun to do a big battle and introduce many new characters while reinforcing some old ones. As evident by the title "Tower Defense 1" the competitors defending of the tower will be split into pars-it looks like three parts as of now. After that, the competition will start, but I do not plan on making it fully continual-that is, I am not going to cover every match or even every day. there's so much to this story that going into every fight, detail, and character is just too much for me. That said, I do plan to do a lot with this story, and a lot will be seen as the event goes on through the eyes of different characters-as some may have guessed by now Master Chief is one of them.

Thanks for reading everyone. Till next time.

Current Projects

Into the Night: A whole new take on the Batman Universe where Bruce Wayne is a young Teen who struggles through high school and avenging the loss of his parents, which leads him to become the Batman. The series contains characters from many different media-the comics, the Nolan Trilogy, Batman the Animated Series and Batman Beyond, and more. Each chapter I plan to make at least 10,000 words.

Under the Hot Sun: My cherished Louis L'amour story, in which several of the best characters from his many novels join forces to stop a mysterious figure from ruling the cattle empire in the southwestern united states. Also contains some characters from Clarence E. Mulford. Chapter length varies, but I intend to extend this to be a large work.

Super Smash Insanity: A massive Video Game crossover where a new mysterious figure is taking over Super Smash Bros, and turning it into now not just a fighting tournament-but also a survival, challenge game show in which eliminations and contests, prize-fights and tournaments are frequent. In this all new game, characters from several video games as thrown into the challenge until one is left standing. This is not a very serious Fanfic but more of a goofy one, and therefor chapters won't be quite as long or the dialogue as gripping or meaning.

Upcoming Projects

Star Wars-Fallout of a Galaxy: A 3-part series which takes a new spin on the events following the Jedi Purge in Episode 3. Some stories are crossovers, while other stay inside the Star Wars universe. All drastically change the outlook of the Star Wars galaxy following the purge, and create a whole new scenario in which the galaxy will never be the same.

Fallout of a Galaxy Ark #1: Those who Stand-In this part, Obi-Wan Kenobi defeats General Grevious, but does not kill him, and eventually convinces the general to join him as they form a team of all opposing the Empire to take down the Emperor and Darth Vader.

Fallout of a Galaxy Ark #2: Hunters by Creed, Saviors by Choice-In this part, bounty hunter Bobba Fett, along with a team of other hunters, is tasked to find and kill a deadly target for the Hutt family, but upon meeting another hunter, Samus Aran, they are thrown into a entirely new universe where a group of humans known as the UNSC are at war against an alien race known as the Covenant. Things are only complicated when another hunter, Star Wolf, is thrown into the mix, and upon entering the new conflict must decide if they want to take a side in the war or take no part and return home. Will, patience, and pride are all questioned in this four-way crossover.

Fallout of a Galaxy Ark #3: A New Windu of Opportunity-In this part, Mace Windu is still defeated after his battle with the emperor, but survives the fall from the senate building. Upon waking up he begins the loose his memory, and is put into a program that ends up sending him in the future to a distant planet in a galaxy far, far away-Earth. Upon landing he has fully lost his memory and is given a new name-Nick fury. He then goes on to build SHIELD, and forms the Avengers to save earth against a dangerous threat. But following the battle in New York, he now begins to regain his memory, and as it return he begins to gain back the powers of the force. Now with the help of the Avengers and SHIELD, he must return to his galaxy to face the Empire and set things right in both universes.

Possible Projects (Stories that I would like To work on, but am not totally sure if I can or will-aka Ideas)

And They Called it, Unbelievable:A short story focusing on a little known Kaiju who terrorizes the Rocky Mountain Range and raises questions on it's existence.

Ironman Infinity: Inspired by Batman Beyond, this story spins a similar tale. In it, Tony Stark is a washed up old man. His days at Ironman were cut to a terrible end years ago, and he now lives a recluse from society. Pepper, Happy, Rhodes, and many others are dead, and Tony blames himself. His company has fallen into disarray, and he himself refuses to face the outside world very much. While still keeping his old Stark charm, he now fears hurting anyone else. Neither bitter or angry, he stairs at life in a depressed state. At least until the young teenage daughter of one of his last employees accidentally comes across the final Ironman suit he made, and decides that if Tony Stark can't save a falling apart city and world as Ironman, then maybe someone else should. Now Tony must mentor the next iron warrior, and as this new young hero grows up from a teenager, she will have the ultimate responsibility put on her shoulders. The next chapter of Ironman begins with a new Ironman, or should I say Ironwoman, with an aged but still rocking Tony Stark along for the ride.

Secrets in the Snow: In this Call of Duty and Halo crossover, Captain John Price and a team of combined special forces are moved to an arctic sector to investigate some strange activity. Upon arriving, they find a whole new threat in a mysterious enemy from beyond the stars, and the dreaded secret that within the sector may lie the beginnings of one of the worst parasites humanity may ever see.

The Dual Marshals: Inspires by Louis L'amour's original story-The Iron Marshal, this tale was originally an idea for a Halo Machinima if I ever did one. The story tells of a Covenant heretic and a disgraced Spartan who escape execution together and eventually team up to run a frontier town on a new and raw planet right in the heart of the Human-Covenant war.

Unnamed crossover project: In this work, a merger causes several new student to come together in a large high school merger. I have considered making this also a superhero story, but I'm currently debating it. Calvin and Hobbes, Foxtrot, Ed Edd n Eddy, King of the Hill, and other will be represented. Part of this was inspired by the Fanfic: Calvin at Camp, by Blue Paratroopa. If the story is superhero based, it will involve Calvin, Jason Fox, and Marcus becoming superheroes during their high schools years, with every one playing either supporting or major rolls. If not, it will be about all the characters interacting in high school with each other.
