They're in High-School now, and Helga is soon realizing she needs to get over Arnold, but what will happen now that he can't help falling for her? Helga G. Pataki is growing up and deciding what she wants to do with her life, her child, and new love interest.

The petty fights, the nights spent alone, she always thought she made his life miserable by being in it. But what she doesn't know is, she's the only one that made his life feel worthwhile. Arnold's parents return to Hillwood with a surprise that will tilt his world on its axis. How will he cope with his family's secret? What will he do when he has some competition for Helga's heart?

Helga agrees to helping out someone, who came up with the idea to help her make Arnold jealous. Helga's not interested in the making Arnold jealous plot, but Arnold thinks that's what she's up to. And just when she thought that was headache enough, tragedy strikes...

Arnold and Helga make a deal: If she can help him get a date with the girl of his dreams by coaching him in romance, then he has to accompany her to formal dinner as her date. However, a lot can change in two months time. Will Helga be able to handle helping Arnold woo another woman? And if Arnold does get what he wants, will he still want what he gets?
