Naruto has the power to control vectors after being taken from his parents by Orochimaru, and at home things aren't much better. His twin sisters are pushing away their younger sister Mito. Kushina and Minato are too busy with Naruko being an unstable jinchuriki to help. Mito with the help of her friends will search the world for a sibling who cares; even if he's a little insane.

After the Sasuke retrieval mission Jiraiya tells Naruto straight up that he will only be trained in using the Kyuubi's chakra and that he has to give up on rescuing Sasuke. Naruto refuses and sets his indomitable will and determination on becoming a powerful shinobi his own way.
