Uhhhh... me? Yeah. Me. Ummm, somehow I don't think that's why you're here, to get to know me, or anything. So, this is awkward. This thing is asking for information, so essentially it's making a rather grand assumption that you want to know something about me so I suppose I'll endeavor to cook something up.

1) I'm not a teenager. I will NOT feed you giggly, bubbly teenage girl stories. Put the razor away, save your wrists. Also, hand in hand with that admission is the fact that I also a) possess a college degree, b) have done a fair share of writing as a part of that, and c) I've done my time at proofreading. That said though, I'm just as imperfect as anyone else - if you see anything I've missed please tell me so I can fix it and stop feeling dumb!!

2) Typically, I'm not into fan-fiction (gasp?) but I get stories in my head that won't leave so I'm just letting it all out. I've become much more adept at writing music. Okay, I might have lied. I do have to say I've read a LOT of X-Men and nu!StarTrek fan fiction, and also lately Mass Effect and Star Wars, but I've never written any (EDIT: now I've written a ton so this is all a web of LIIIEEES). So, "I'm not into writing fan fiction" would be a more accurate statement. "I'm not into writing fan fiction yet." Bullshit. I'm into writing fan fiction. I feel better having said it now.

3) Fluffy, gooey, sordid details about me?? Uhhhhh... I have three tattoos? I have naturally pointed ears and my pinky fingers (both of them) are a knuckle too short by some weird birth defect? Regardless of the Pinky Situation I've been taking guitar lessons since 2009 (wow...), and I've been singing all my life - it's my first love. This music thing has really taken off since 2012 - I'm in a musical comedy group and I travel all over the midwest performing original nerd-humor music. Ask me about it, I will regale you with tales. Or just look up Clearly Guilty. I am also an avid scuba diver. Ummmmm... what else. OH! I have this weird talent where I can create a suction against my upper lip with my tongue, then when I pull my tongue away it makes a "POP" noise - seriously, never met anyone else who can do it. So, that's interesting. Ummmm... yeah. Can I be done now? On with the story??
